Allied Mineral Products Europe B.V., a wholly owned
subsidiary of Allied Mineral Products, Ind., celebrated its grand opening
September 20, 2005. The grand opening was held at the new facility
in Tholen, Netherlands, near Rotterdam.
The new 42,733 square feet (3,970 square meters) office
and production facility replaces the original warehouse and sales office
building. Allied’s dedication to serving the European market required the
construction of this production facility.
The Mayor
of Tholen and representatives from major customers and suppliers attended
the grand opening. Allied’s top management along with Allied Mineral
Products Europe’s employees also attended the celebration. Allied Mineral
Europe’s employees were recognized for their hard work during the
construction, move and start up of the new facility. Their efforts
resulted in a smooth transition with uninterrupted service.
