Allied Mineral Products is pleased to announce the
following management changes effective August 1, 2008:
Jon R. Tabor is appointed Executive Vice President and General Manager and
will assume management responsibilities for the day-to-day operations of
Allied which include sales, marketing, operations and research.
Mr. Tabor will continue to report to John Turner,
President and Chief Operating Officer.
Douglas K. Doza will continue his
duties as Senior Vice President, Manufacturing and Research with the
additional responsibility of serving on the board of Allied Mineral
Products, Tianjin (AMT), Allied’s affiliated company in China.
Jon R. Tabor is appointed Chairman of the Board of AMT.
James M. Bade is appointed Business Vice President, Domestic Foundry,
which includes sales management responsibility for the
USA and Canada.
In addition, he will take on responsibility for overseeing
Chicago Fire Brick and the Customer Service Department.
Frank R.
Bittel is appointed Senior Business Manager, Chicago Fire Brick, and
will take on additional responsibility in the global marketing of this
product line.
Steven L. Roe is appointed Business Vice President, International, and
will take on additional responsibility that will allow Jon R. Tabor the
time to focus on his new role.
Paul D. Jamieson is appointed Business Vice President, Steel Industry, as
he takes on an increasing level of responsibility with Allied’s growth
in that area, both domestically and internationally.
