American Precast Refractories Division
of Allied Mineral Products, Inc. began making shapes for Allied
in 1995. Since then, we have become a leading supplier of engineered
shapes into a variety of industries in North America, including
foundry,
steel,
and aluminum.
Our Application Engineering capabilities enable us to design and
manufacture complex shapes of almost any shape and size, up to 8 metric
tons. We are currently unsurpassed in our ability to design and
manufacture shapes that others cannot. Shapes can be designed and
produced from existing drawings or from an existing shape. Designs include
foundry crucibles, furnace structural
parts, EAF
deltas and spouts, tilters and skimmer blocks, round reverbatory
melter covers, incinerator shapes, and rotary furnace shapes.
