MINRO STIR PRO FLO KITS

(Gas Purging Hardware)

A MINRO STIR PRO FLO KIT is available to help ensure accurate and consistent delivery of the inert gas to the furnace. It is specifically designed to work with Allied’s line of  MINRO STIR PRO NOZZLES.

Each kit includes one of each of the following:

  • One Delivery Hose with Fittings
  • One Custom Adaptor Fitting
  • One Premium Protocol Station
  • One Mica Sleeve and Washer

The Premium Protocol Station includes a flow meter and two pressure regulator gauges. One monitors tank pressure and the other exit pressure. This station can be attached directly to the inert gas tank.

Delivery hoses are made of Industrial gas grade rubber hose and are available in two sizes:

  • 50’ (15.24 m) hose with fittings
  • 25’ (7.6 m)  hose with fittings

Custom adapter fittings enable precise connection of nozzle pipe to the hose. The reusable  adapter is needed to connect the hose to the STIR PRO NOZZLE pipe on new installations.
 

A 90 degree fitting is now available to attach to the adapter.
